Fanchi Tech X ray machine

Yummy Foods is a rapidly growing manufacturer of gluten free, non GMO, and gluten free snacks, founded in 2001. In 2016, Yummy Foods opened the largest bakery in North America in Indiana. In the state-of-the-art 200000 square foot factory, cookies, snack bars, chocolate bars, baked chocolates, seed and fruit blends, and savory snacks are produced, all of which are gluten free and free of 14 common allergens. This product is sold to the United States and Canada, as well as global markets such as South Africa, Israel, Mexico, and Singapore.
To enjoy daily food, clean food and consumer satisfaction are the most important. They are very proud of the ingredients in the product. As you stroll through Yummy Foods' new facilities, you can see them protecting consumers by separately controlling rooms for various allergens. Their testing equipment needs to have first-class performance to ensure that there is nothing in their products that should not be included, which makes sense.
James, a project engineer at Yummy Foods, commented, "When we moved to a new factory and started using more metalized film packaging on some of our product lines, we decided to upgrade our testing technology
We chose Fanchi Tech because of their past experience in metal detectors and weighing scales, their good track record in the global food industry inspection market, and their consistent support for their products. ”
Solution
When James, a project engineer at Yummy Foods, was responsible for selecting new testing equipment for the baking facility, three main requirements had to be met: it needed to reliably detect pollutants through metalized films, it needed to occupy minimal space, and it needed to be cost-effective.
In addition, due to the use of metalized films and high production levels, Yummy Foods' previous metal detectors had performance issues and were unable to provide the required detection level. Therefore, they are exploring X-ray detection systems as an alternative solution.
Therefore, Yummy Foods has installed four X-ray systems at the end of its packaging line to inspect packaged solid chocolate bars and snacks containing seeds, chocolate chips, or caramel chips. The Fanchi Tech X-ray machine was selected for its reliability, space saving design, and high cost of ownership to inspect a range of allergen free snack shops wrapped in metalized film for contaminants.
The density of snack foods often fluctuates, which may make it difficult to detect foreign objects and pose inspection challenges. However, Fanchi Tech X-ray machines were able to exceed Yummy Foods' expected detection performance.
James continued, "Yummy Foods recommends Fanchi Tech X-ray machines because our production space is limited, budget is limited, and we can reliably and accurately inspect fast food restaurants wrapped in metalized film. In terms of cost, this equipment is very advantageous compared to other types of inspection equipment. ”
Fanchi Tech is developed specifically for food manufacturers, processors, and packaging companies that operate multiple product lines. This is a powerful system designed to reduce the cost of ownership of X-ray detection technology by 30%.
Fanchi Tech X-ray machines are highly suitable for detecting glass, calcified bones, rubber, stones, as well as ferrous, non-ferrous, and stainless steel metals, including metalized films, in various packaging. It has a running speed of up to 50 meters per minute and a length of only one meter. At Yummy Foods, the machine runs at a speed of up to 240 packs per minute, continuously running 24/7.
The Fanchi Tech X-ray machine features an easy-to-use 17 inch intuitive touch screen, high-speed USB port, and simple Ethernet connection for easy report output. According to the traceability of CFR21 Part 11, it has multi-level password protection to improve data management, which means the system can record events of individual operators. It is made of brushed stainless steel, with a super hygienic design, easy to clean, low maintenance cost, and strong maintainability.
Fanchi Tech X-ray machines operate 24/7 and require almost no staff on duty, "James added. This is easy to install and operate, and requires minimal maintenance.
Fanchi Tech's overall service is excellent, and I am happy to recommend the company and its products to other food manufacturers, "James concluded.
