FA-CW Checkweigher for Pouches, Bags and Boxes — Inline Weight Inspection
Most food leaves the plant in pouches, bags and boxes — not ultra-fine sachet sticks, not 60kg sacks. A pouch underweight by a few grams means a retailer complaint. A bag overweight by a few grams means product giveaway on every unit. A short-packed box means a customer opens it and finds the missing count.
The Fanchi-tech FA-CW checkweigher in our factory photo is built for this middle ground: regular packaged food on a white PU belt, weighed inline at production speed, with out-of-limit packs diverted into a closed side reject bin. This configuration matches pouches, stand-up bags, pillow bags, biscuit bags, nut packs, tea/coffee packs, small cartons and frozen bags — the everyday packages that run on most filling and packaging lines.
Reading the Machine From the Factory Floor
What you see in the photo tells you which product range this is:
- White PU belt (not black PVC) — this is the light/medium range, so the heavy 25–60kg carton series (black belt, Heavy Pusher) is excluded.
- Medium-length weighing bed with product guide rail — regular-sized packs pass through in a row; this is neither an ultra-narrow stick-pack machine nor a wide heavy-case machine.
- Closed stainless side reject bin — rejected packs collected cleanly beside the line without damaging soft packaging.
- Independent upright control column with touchscreen — compact layout that fits standard filling and sealing lines.

How It Runs On Your Line
- Pack enters on the white PU anti-static belt from the filler or sealer.
- The HBM high-accuracy load cell reads weight dynamically as it passes.
- In-band packs continue to packing; out-of-limit packs trigger the rejector into the closed side bin.
