How It Works On Your Line
The checkweigher sits inline between your filler or sealer and packing:
- Product rides the PU anti-static belt onto the weighing section.
- The HBM high-accuracy load cell measures actual weight as it passes.
- Inside the set upper/lower limit, the pack continues forward.
- Outside the band, the reject mechanism diverts it automatically.
No line stoppage, no manual sorting, every pack weighed at production speed.

Heavy models (500/600/700) — fitted with a Heavy Pusher Rejector, operating on plant air at 5–8 Bar (10mm outside diameter, 72–116 PSI) to push large cartons and sacks off the line without damage.
